Relationship Management guru, Homi, is an accomplished consultant with over 35 years professional excellence in Human Resource Development (HRD), Organizational Development (OD), and other behavioral science applications. He is a sought-after OD expert who is often called on to consult Companies ranging from small family businesses to reputed blue chip companies and multinational corporations.

During his illustrious career, Homi has conducted hundreds of workshops and has facilitated organizational and team success by coaching and developing cross-functional professionals at all levels, from entry level employees to top-ranked executives. At every workshop and consulting engagement, he catalyzes life-changing “eureka moments” and empowers the participants with powerful people (and self) management techniques.

The first thirteen years of Homi’s illustrious career were devoted to corporate giants, Richardson Hindustan Ltd. (Proctor & Gamble) and Monsanto India, where he served as a well-respected HRD specialist. In this role, Homi leveraged his relationship management, HRD, and OD skills to build cohesive teams, resolve conflicts, and drive the company’s “people strategies”.

While serving as the personnel and administration director for Monsanto India, Homi decided to embark on a full time career dedicated to consulting and process facilitation in the areas of HRD and OD interventions.

Homi holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Homi completed his schooling from the Cathedral and John Connon High School and went on to graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

In addition to his professional involvements, Homi has acted in many theater productions and a few ad films. His film credits include a role with Salman Rushdie (BBC Channel 4) and a Cameo Role in the Aamir Khan production of Dhobi Ghat. Homi’s creative genius is often expressed through his avocation as a pianist and accordionist.
