Homi basically does a full fledged Organization Development (OD) Intervention through a series of 4 Program Modules over a period of time. The four seemingly different interventions are in reality interdependent and are mutually supportive of each other in building effective organizations and widely accepted forms of Leadership and Team Behaviours.
